We have a site we can view on the Rancho Relaxo ranch. Because it's intranet I thought I'd share a screen capture of the front page.

Eventful few months!
hobby-to-paid stuff, new digs.
New!, the horses moved in with us. OK, we bought a Douglas County ranch and moved the horses to it. The home is the same size as Roxborough's tract home, but is much more solidly built and has way more storage. The outbuildings are numerous and huge. There is an indoor arena. There is a barn with four stalls attached to it. There is a mechanical shop with electricity and full cement slab attached to the arena as well. Water to the barn, mercury-vapor lights in the arena, and an outdoor arena with 20 acres of grazing and a loafing shed. Or a model railroad layout for a 15" gauge train like Tiny Town haha.
The last outbuilding is a puttering shop. This is where I have my area for working on computers and cars, and the pipe dream of building a live steamer. For now, I'll build my model railroad so I have a place to run HO and 'n' gauge rolling stock I now have boxed up. The computers will build and bench test here; I have a security camera on the network.
The animals we have are numerous, but the domesticated house fraus are picky about intruders. Louie won't eat for days after having to share house and food and bed. The cats in the house do what they always do, run and hide.
The rest live in the barn. Three feral cats, and three psycho horses. No heat down there, but horses tend to give off enough heat to keep the barn above 25 degrees.
Big post!

Too Black Too Fast
I received a milestone of a phone call today. The director of some movies, a Yale Graduate and soon to be very popular in the local horse scene, Donnie Betts, called me in regard to an eMail I sent to him. Seems he is interested in what I have to offer his latest project- Horse wrangling, provide riders, some location scenery, costumes, and, most exciting for my son, to develop a game! Hope this all comes together. Proceeds go to a retirement program for jockeys, similar to retired athlete accommodations.
A seperate blog will be created to journal my experiences.

Just a quick link regarding the Red Rocks Data Center.
It's an old satellite uplink place, once home for The Federation of Rocky Mountain States

Coors interim comments
Working at Coors was very good. Saw a lot of the plant but was lugging 150-pound UPS chassis. Four pallets of these things. Myself and my co-worker were worn out near the end. Lost a hand truck in the BOC (brewery operations complex). Free beer limit 3. Really good from the source.
Looking forward to a possible VoIP assignment here; the bid is being considered. Molson-Coors-Miller buyout may justify this bid.

Molson-Coors
Found out I will install Cisco and UPS' at the Moulson-Coors facilities. GREAT news. It's like being employed at a huge AT&T or something. It's local, it's got major history in Golden, I know people who work there, I know someone in personnel (!!!!) and I may be able to see close to the ENTIRE plant. I start Wednesday. I went through seven online safety awareness classes, ACED each one. The early eMail banter has been great between my contacts at the pland and me.
I am truly looking forward to this.
