Super-safe, or anal?

Why would I not send my SS# to a company I met on Craigslist? Well, besides the obvious "SHEESH", I just can't afford to sell out my identity. A new company such as Galaxy might be trustworthy, and their operations secure, but contract companies rely on contractors; some may be trusted, others, well...... Anyway, my ss# will be in escrow at Wells Fargo bank (when he gets me the contact info), and this will be safe! It was very generous of Chad to offer this to me. They must really need a contractor in Denver and olorado. I really am pretty excited to start this.

First, let me organize my contract jobs.
1) Von Technologies. They send me on VoIP calls, Training (More on that later), networking, etc. Sample customers have been First America Mortgage, Bank of America, ESPN X-Games, and I look forward to each assignment.


2) Galaxy Tech. Just signed on. Remains to be seen how I like it. Driving is paramount in this; all over Colorado. I do like this driving part, but the job may involve flat-panel TV's, stuff like that won't be exciting.

Both companies have reimbursement plans. Mileage, Per Diem, Flights, Car rental, hotels. Been a boon to my Priority club and Frequent Flier Miles!
